ZERO-S
A release silicone oil layer is applied on the film-coated surface of the base film to facilitate the separation of the base film from the zero-s film. Before coating, the release silicone oil layer is subjected to low-energy electron beam scanning treatment, enabling the release silicone oil layer to adsorb electrons. These electrons can combine with the oil-based adhesive surface to form a mutually repulsive and uniform spreading effect. Meanwhile,an oil-based leveling agent is selected to significantly reduce the surface tension of the film surface. These two aspects jointly enhance the leveling effect, allowing the oil-based adhesive to spread on the surface of the base film with a uniform thickness and improving the film-forming consistency of the zero-s film.
